About Us
Adriana is the founder of ThrivePath and an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (AMHSW) with over 15 years of experience providing trauma-informed and therapeutic services. She has worked across private practice, adult and school-based mental health programs, NDIS, domestic violence services, youth justice, and the homelessness sector, among others. Adriana is deeply committed to supporting individuals facing adverse situations, including trauma, mental health concerns, systemic barriers, migration stress, life transitions, and other complex challenges.
With lived experience of migration and life as part of a minority group, Adriana places cultural awareness at the centre of her practice. By recognising and respecting each client’s identity, experiences, and the systemic factors that shape their lives, she creates a space where individuals feel genuinely understood, validated, and supported in all aspects of who they are. She believes that acknowledging the broader context of each client’s life—including social, cultural, and systemic influences—is essential to effective, compassionate therapy.
